Dr Okechukwu Michael Mwim had a degree in biochemistry before he studied medicine in Vienna. His journey from Africa to Austria was not the most conventional and this, with his time in Austria, required enormous amount of grit.
He emigrated to the UK after completing his studies, and has since practised medicine. Dr Mwim also engages in various entrepreneurial activities, including investing in (especially healthcare-related) businesses.
He is passionate about educating young people and creating awareness on issues related to growing up generally. These are the sort of matters addressed in his very well received book, MY RICH PRINCE: notes for my son, which is a collection of notes he put together for his son, based on his varied life experiences.
